The Summer Bay Resort is located only 7 miles away from Walt Disney World Resort. They offer 525 1 & 2 Bedroom condominiums located in 18 four-story buildings with exterior corridors. Adjacent to the resort, there is a 40-acre Lake with an assortment of water sports activities such as jet skiing, water skiing, and canoeing. All the condominiums are fully furnished, from linens to appliances, washer/dryer, and fully equipped kitchens including microwaves, refrigerators, stoves, blenders, toasters, coffeemakers, dishwashers, cookware, and dinnerware. ***There is MANDATORY resort fee of $7- $8 per night which will need to be paid directly at the hotel upon arrival. This charge includes access to the Summer Bay Resort amenities; also, although Taxes are usually included on our packages, Summer Bay resorts is the exception; Taxes are not included in the packages, although the confirmation letter may say otherwise

:: How to get there
From Orlando International Airport
Take the South Exit, Follow Highway 417 (toll-road) South to the Osceola Parkway. Travel West on Osceola Parkway to Interstate 4 West. Get off of I-4 at exit 64. (Highway 192). On US Highway 192 West travel approximately six miles, , the resort’s entrance is on the right side.

From Interstate 95:
Take Interstate 4 West to Exit 64 which is US Highway 192 West. Continue 6 miles; , the resort’s entrance is on the right side.

From Interstate 75:
Take the Florida Turnpike South to Exit 289 for US 27 South. Continue on US Highway 27 South to US Highway 192 East. The resort’s entrance is 1/2 mile ahead on the left side.
