What's included in our packages?
Rates for accommodations and discount Orlando hotels differ by location and time of year. For a detailed description of amenities and photos refer to each particular hotel in our website.
Tickets to the Parks for each member of your party according to the parks you selected when configuring your package. We offer tickets to most theme parks in Central Florida .
Breakfast: Many hotels (not all) offer a complimentary Continental, Continental Plus or Hot Buffet Breakfast. This means a varied selection of cereal, fruit, juices, coffee, tea, milk, bagels, muffins, donuts, boiled or scrambled eggs, French and regular toast, waffles, etc. For a detailed description of the breakfast that's included with the package (if any) refer to each particular hotel in our website.
Transportation: Many hotels offer complimentary transportation to and from the Major Theme Parks in the Orlando / Kissimmee tourist area, including
Universal Orlando and many others. Transportation is provided via Bus Shuttle that goes to/from the parks at a fixed schedule. Usually twice in the morning starting at 8 a.m. and then coming back mid-afternoon and when the park closes. The schedule for rides to and from Universal Studios® Florida , Disney® World and Sea World® will vary according to the season; ask the hotel's front desk for more details. For a detailed description of the transportation that's included with the package refer to each particular hotel in our Website and verify this with the hotel either by phone or upon check in, since this service is subject to change. All the hotels can assist you in getting transportation to any park not included in their service, but you might need to pay for the service to the transportation company.
NONE of the hotels provide free transportation to either Bush Gardens® Tampa or The Kennedy Space Center, but they can make arrangements for a nominal fee. Those 2 parks are not in the Orlando / Kissimmee tourist area as they are about 1 to 1.5 hour drive from Orlando.

Cancellation Policy
Highlights:

24 hours no cancellation fee unless your arrival date is within the next 72 hours. In this case the cancellation policy will apply.

arrival.

Cancellation Policy (non holiday dates):
We are so
confident about the great value of our packages, that you may
cancel your reservation within the first 24 hours of making the
request with no cancellation fee (unless your arrival date is
within the next 72 hours. In this case the cancellation policy
will apply). After the initial 24 hrs, we'll charge a $75 fee if
cancelled up to 72 hours prior to your arrival date. Less than
72 hours prior your arrival date or for no shows, one night
charge plus tax or $150 (per room), whichever is greater, will
be retained. No returns will be given for early check-outs or
unused nights.
Cancellation Policy for Holiday dates:
If any day
of your reservation falls in any of the following Holiday travel
dates (Feb. 11 – Feb. 19, Mar. 1 –
Mar. 31, Apr. 4 - Apr. 25, May 22 – May 27, Jun. 9 – Jul. 4, Aug
29 - Sep. 2, Oct. 2 - Oct. 13, Oct. 27- Nov 2, Nov. 6- Nov. 11,
Nov. 26 – Nov. 30, Dec. 19 - Jan. 4):
You may cancel within the first 24 hours of making the
reservation (if the reservation is made within 72 hours of your
arrival, the total package price up to $300 per room
cancellation fee applies). After the initial 24 hrs, we'll
charge $150 if cancelled up to 72 hours prior your arrival date.
Less than 72 hours prior your arrival date or for no shows, the
total package price up to $300 (per room) will be retained. No
returns will be given for early check-outs or unused nights. Cancellations made directly to the hotel will not be considered valid. To

Rescheduling your reservation:
We will
happily reschedule or change the dates or property on your
reservation (upon availability) up to 72 hrs before arrival date
for a $25.00 fee. If new dates fall during Holidays and/or
Special Events and guest decides to cancel after initial
reschedule, the cancellation policy for Holiday dates will
apply, otherwise the non holiday dates cancellation will remain
the same. If applicable, the guest will have to pay the
difference between the original package price and the package's
current price for the new dates or property. To reschedule or

a minimum of 72 hrs prior to your scheduled check-in date.
All packages must be charged in full to guarantee guest price.
Historically, Orlando Theme Parks raise their prices
every year. This increase usually takes place on the first
quarter of the calendar year but it could be anytime. We don’t want you to be affected
by this raise. In order for us to guarantee your package price your total package price will be charged the
moment you make your reservation; that way your tickets can be
held in stock at current prices. If you don’t want to pay your
package in full and use instead a payment plan, please keep in
mind that when the time comes for the balance to be charged, if
the tickets prices changed, a price adjustment will occur.
In any
case, for any package, Balance
must be paid in full fourteen (14) days before arrival. If
the balance or part of the balance is not paid within ten (10)
days before arrival, Easy Orlando Vacations reserves the right
to cancel the reservation and to apply the cancellation fee
according to the parameters above. |

As Seller of Travel, our services are limited to making the reservation on the hotel you selected, paying for such accommodations and (if included in the package), paying and delivering the tickets to your hotel. All incidentals are the guest’s responsibilities. We are NOT responsible for the actual fulfillment of the services from neither the hotel nor the Theme Parks and any complaints should be addressed directly with the service provider (hotel or theme park) not to us.

When and where do I get the Tickets?
Tickets will be
given to you at the Tour Desk of the Resort you are touring,
after you have finished the presentation.
The tickets do not have a specific date to be used, meaning that
you can use them in any order you like.
Please refer
to the ticket description in the tickets selection page for more

When will I get my Confirmation
Letter?
Reservations are
confirmed within 48 hours. Confirmation letters are sent to our
guests by email or, by request to a fax or regular mail and they can also be
downloaded from our website. When a guest places a reservation
in our system either by phone or online, they are provided with
their reference #. Due to Spam blockers and undeliverable mail
or faxes, we strongly recommend our guests to go online to our
website
www.easyorlandovacationsonline.com and click on the upper
hand-right side on the link called
my account. In this
area, the guest will provide information in regards to his
reservation and their reference number and they will be able to
check the status of their reservation anytime, as well as print
out their confirmation letter. We're not responsible for guest
not getting their confirmation letter, since it is available 24/7 on
our website. |

Theme Parks Available
We have tickets for ALL the theme parks in the Orlando /
Kissimmee tourist area (except for Sea World®'s Discovery Cove),
all the Dinner Shows, the Water Parks, etc, available for you to
choose from. We also have passes to Bush Gardens® Tampa Bay,
Cypress Gardens® and Kennedy Space Center.

What about airline tickets or car rentals?

How do I get to the hotel?
If you're driving, we include the hotel address on the
confirmation letter. Using that you can get detailed driving
instructions from any internet map service; however, use them at your own risk.
If you're flying in and do not plan to rent a car, getting to the tourist area hotels from the Orlando International Airport (MCO) couldn’t be easier. Many companies offer services to and from the Airport. |

General Terms and Conditions:
• Must attend an informative 90-minute tour (If married,
engaged, cohabiting, or otherwise similarly committed, or single
individuals traveling with a companion, both persons must attend
the tour presentation together). Also, for married couples and
cohabiting proof of same residence will be required (i.e.
driver’s license, bills, checkbooks, statements with the same
address)
• Must be either US citizens or legal alien; foreigners living
outside the US are also eligible for this offer except from the
following countries: Argentina, Brazil, India, Uruguay,
Guatemala and Venezuela. This offer is not valid for Residents
of the following Florida Counties: Brevard, Lake, Orange,
